Powerful Touch & Co. Booking, Deposit, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Gift Card Policy** At Powerful Touch & Co., we value both your time and ours. To provide the best service to every client, please carefully review our policies. *By booking your appointment and paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed below. *Deposit Requirement* A deposit is required for all services to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person. If Powerful Touch & Co. must cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new date. *Weekend Appointments (Saturday & Sunday)* Due to high demand: All weekend deposits are 100% non-refundable & non-transferable. If you need to reschedule a weekend appointment, a new deposit will be required, regardless of notice. If Powerful Touch & Co. must reschedule your weekend appointment, your existing deposit will transfer to another available date and time. *Cancellations* Cancellations must be made directly through Powerful Touch & Co. 📱 Call or text: 832-556-9373 Cancellations must be made 24–48 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows result in: Deposit forfeited 100% service fee New deposit required to book another appointment Weekend appointments follow the special weekend deposit rules above. *Rescheduling* With 48 hours’ notice, you may use your one-time grace reschedule, and your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. After the one-time grace reschedule, a new deposit is required for any additional reschedules. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment requires a new deposit. Weekend appointments are excluded from the grace reschedule policy; a new deposit is always required to reschedule. *Late Arrivals* Please arrive on time to receive your full service. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling, with forfeiture of the deposit. If you will be late, please call or text: 832-556-9373 *No Children or Extra Guests* For the safety and comfort of all clients, no children or additional guests are allowed in the treatment room unless approved in advance. *Illness Policy* Clients who are sick, contagious, or experiencing symptoms (fever, rash, infection, cold/flu, etc.) should reschedule. Clients arriving sick may be refused service, and the deposit will be forfeited. *Right to Refuse Service* Powerful Touch & Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to: Inappropriate behavior Intoxication or impairment Poor hygiene Health concerns Policy violations Deposits will not be refunded if service is refused for these reasons. *Payment Authorization* By booking, you authorize Powerful Touch & Co. to charge the card on file for: Late cancellation fees No-show fees Remaining service balances This protects against disputes or chargebacks. No Exceptions All policies apply to every client equally to ensure fairness and maintain an efficient schedule. No exceptions will be made outside of emergencies. Gift Card Policy All gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards must be used before the expiration date listed on the card. Expired gift cards cannot be accepted or applied to any services or products. Gift cards may only be transferred to another person with prior approval from Powerful Touch & Co. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced. *Service Liability & Health Disclosure* By receiving services, clients acknowledge that treatments are professional services and agree that Powerful Touch & Co. is not responsible for reactions or pre-existing conditions. Clients must disclose medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect safety. Powerful Touch & Co. reserves the right to modify or refuse services for safety reasons. *Emergency & Force Majeure* Powerful Touch & Co. is not responsible for cancellations due to emergencies, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Deposits will be accommodated for rescheduling in these situations at the discretion of management. *No Exceptions* All policies apply equally to every client to maintain fairness and an efficient schedule.
